Public space is generous giving ample room for relaxation for the grown ups and the children. 10-seater table in dining room, plus similar sized table outside for al fresco family meals. There are five bedrooms in total - two of them en-suite, extra family bathroom and downstairs wc. Private parking space

Aside the beach on your doorstep there are a good selection of eateries and local shops all within a short walk, with St Andrews being just a 20 minute car journey

Bedroom 2 - King-sized bed, sky tv - large en-suite with separate bath and shower cubicle, wc and wh basin. This truly stunning room has a step up to a conservatory style extension with floor to ceiling windows giving 360 degree beach/sea views (blinds for privacy at night) and comfy seating with access to a large outside balcony with seating.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 3 - suitable for a child a cabin style bedroom with single bed and sea view

Family Bathroom - shower cubicle, wc and wh basin

Bedroom 4 - dormitory room with three single beds, tv/video combi, sky, built in wardrobes, single futon if 4 children want to share this room (please bring own sleeping bag or bedding for this), sea views

Bedroom 5 - two single beds, tv/video/combi, dvd player, sky, sea view

Outside - as you enter the property there is an area of enclosed lawn - the owner prefers this area to have a rustic (wild) appeal rather than manicured look - leading from the dining area is a large decked area with hot tub- 10-seater table, outside shower, children`s slide, stone-built BBQ - this area has direct access to the beach. Leading off the master bedroom is a large balcony overlooking the sea with seating. There is a private parking space for one vehicle.
