Tastefully restored Listed cottage with the most AMAZING SEA VIEWS, direct access to coastal path along which is the award winning Blue Flag Silversands Beach (pictured), a stretch of fine almost white sand sloping very gently into the sea. At either end of the beach are numerous rockpools ideal for exploring hermit crabs & shrimps. If you are lucky you may spot the seals that live on Incholm Island frollocking offshore.

The cottage is situated within the grounds of Bendameer House, has private patio plus access to the private woodland beside it. A hot tub is available by prior arrangement with the owners who are on hand to ensure your every need is catered for including a selection of bikes to suit all ages for use during your stay. The picturesque village of Aberdour has much to offer by way of shops, restaurants and is walkable (c 20 mins) along the coastal path or a short drive. From here there is a regular train service every 30 minutes taking you on the short journey into the centre of Edinburgh making this the perfect location from which to enjoy the coast and the delights of our Capital city at the same time.
