Unique and beautifully restored end terraced townhouse (with wireless internet) well situated within the heart of St Andrews a few minutes from the Cathedral, Castle and Byre Theatre. Restored by the St Andrews Preservation Trust the property received the Saltire Society Restoration and European Architectural Heritage Award in 1973. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother visited the house after the award was presented.
The house has a fabulous interior boasting many original features, private walled garden with side access for bikes etc., two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lovely kitchen/dining area and top of the range fittings, appliances and soft furnishings. We can highly recommend this as a base for families or golfers.
