Situated directly on the coast overlooking the sea between Anstruther and Crail, this truly magnificent steadings conversion is in an ideal spot for those seeking an "away from it all" coastal retreat.  The accommodation is spacious with ample public space and is furnished with antique furniture, paintings, soft furnishings and accessories from countries as diverse as China, Vietnam and India which the owners have cleverly mixed with modern pieces.   The large area of garden grounds to the front of the property have spectacular views of the sea. 

The Granary makes for a unique house in which all ages will feel at home. 


The accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall with attractive open gallery above the front door, plenty of storage space for golf clubs, coats etc.

Dining Room - Conservatory style dining room enjoying more fabulous views over the front garden towards the Forth, door leads to attractive garden grounds.
The room is tastefully furnished with exposed stone walls and large dining table to seat 8/10.

Sitting Room - Spacious room with comfy seating, large colour tv with freeview channels, traditional wood burning stove and views over the Forth

Playroom - A fully carpeted room especially for the wee ones with a large range of toys and games suitable for toddlers.

Kitchen - Luxurious bespoke kitchen with french-oak units, granite worktops etc. equipped to a very high standard
