East and West Whinhill Cottages, Upper Largo - Sleep 4/8
A superb barn conversion forming two self-contained cottages, with stunning South facing views from
the sitting room and master bedrooms. The architect owners have taken great care to retain many original features
including the cart arches as feature doors leading from the sitting room out to the extensive suntrap patio and views beyond.
These cottages are extremely attractive and comfortable, and have a very relaxing and homely feel to them. They are
tastefully presented with lots of old pine furniture and attractive colour schemes. Wood burning stoves in living areas
(wood supplied) provide extra comfort for chilly nights. For those guests who are keen on gardens, the owner Sue, a
keen horticulturalist, has now developed her own market garden specialising in some of the more unusual varieties of plants
and herbs. She can also provide information on some of the many beautiful gardens open to members of the public in the
area worth visiting.
