All rentals also include the provision of good quality cotton bed linen and towels.
Heating and hot water are included in the price.

The Cottage, Craighead Farm - Sleeps 4

Situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views, this cottage forming part of an 18th Century Scottish farmhouse has recently been renovated to luxurious standards throughout.  The owners have set extremely high standards to ensure guests enjoy their stay in this high quality accommodation, complemented by a stunning location.  With two famous golf courses on the doorstep this makes an ideal base for golfers, however with East Fife's sandy beaches, coastal walks etc., this also makes a good base for a family holiday.
 
   
On two levels, the accommodation comprises:-

Entrance porch

Cloakroom with wc and wh basin

Kitchen/Dining Area - Modern newly fitted kitchen well equipped with all modern conveniences, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave.  Dining table.  Patio doors lead out to the rear garden with bar-b-que area and garden furniture.

Sitting Room - open plan boasting stunning views across the golf course to the North Sea.  Wall mounted plasma tv with integrated dvd and digital freeview, comfy leather sofas.


First Floor

Two twin bedrooms - both of which have exceptional views.  Spacious fitted wardrobes and solid pine furniture, coupled with high quality mattresses to ensure a comfortable stay.

Family Bathroom - fully tiled with bath, overhead shower, wc and wh basin.

Outside

To the front of the property is a walled garden, attractively designed with a lawn, shrubs and rock garden with gravel beds along the side of the house.  To the rear of the cottage is a private patio area with bar-b-que area and garden furniture.
Generous private parking is also provided at the rear of the property.
