Plasma TV, Sky/VHS/DVD/CD player, Play Station 2 and a library of CD's, DVD's, books and games to keep the kids entertained!

is enough seating to comfortably seat 8 people and a dining table which seats 6. Just off the living area is a
patio door leading to a small balcony area overlooking the well landscaped communal grounds. The balcony has garden
furniture, perfect for an al fresco lunch.
Kitchen - Newly fitted incorporating all mod cons including fridge/freezer,
cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher - exceptionally well equipped right down to a garlic crusher and port glasses!
Master Bedroom with en-suite - Super king-sized bed and fantastic memory foam
mattress to ensure a great nights sleep. The bed is huge and very indulgent! This room has two built in wardrobes
and a wall mounted flat screen tv with Sky
En-Suite - This newly fitted bathroom will blow away the cobwebs with its state of
the art walk in shower and overhead rain dance shower. The under floor heating will keep your feet warm on winter days!

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom, again with king sized memory foam mattress. Furnished
to a high standard, the room includes mirrored built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 - Single bedroom with additional pull out single bed underneath for unexpected
guests. Ample storage is available in built in mirrored wardrobes.
Family Bathroom - newly fitted designer bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath with overhead
rain dance shower. Under floor heating and heated towel rail for extra indulgence!
Gardens/Parking - To the rear of the apartment are well presented communal grounds,
overlooking the Gleneagues Falconry Centre. These grounds are very child friendly. There is a designated parking
bay and guests parking bays.
