This spacious 4-bedroomed apartment has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard.  Sitting in the heart of this historic and picturesque village (St Andrews 9 miles) within walking distance to the harbour, art galleries, shops and restaurants this makes an ideal base for golfers or families alike.  There is ample on-street parking and a large area of garden ground to the rear. 
The apartment is on two levels, and for those with mobility problems bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen and sitting room are all on the one level, whilst the lower level has a further shower and bedroom with access to the garden.  The garden can also be accessed from the side of the apartment (4 steps down) for those wishing to bring bikes with door to the utility room direct for storage of golf clubs, beach gear etc.
