Spacious and beautifully presented harbourfront house in this picturesque East Neuk village - ideal for those seeking an away from it all holiday with a wealth of activies close by for families with children, couples or groups of friends.  There are award winning sandy beaches and watersports activities just along the coast, a famous Seafood restaurant within walking distance of the house, or slightly further along the coast fresh shellfish can be enjoyed on the harbourfront at Crail.

 

 

Sitting Room - This room has three deep seated windows where you can read, watch and let time drift by or sit on the sofa next to the open fire.
There's a 26" plasma television, DVD and digital TV for catching the latest news and sport or for slipping on a film to keep the kids quiet.
PS. You won't care about all that TV stuff after a while. The harbour's far more entertaining!

Kitchen/Dining Room - A beautiful design with drawers that close slowly, even if you slam them! It has an American fridge/freezer (ice and chilled water on tap), a dishwasher that doesn't answer back, a double range cooker, ironing board with iron and a washing machine/tumble dryer because sometimes it rains in Scotland! There's crockery, a kettle, a 4 slice toaster, a panini machine, a Kenwood food processor, lots of pots and pans and a fantastic award winning chip shop in Anstruther if you just want to look at the stuff!

Bedroom 1 -On the ground floor is the first double bedroom. It has super king size Sealy posturepedic beds, they are huge and are really really comfortable! All the bedrooms have the feel of a hotel. There's crisp Egyptian cotton sheets in every room together with wool blanket, downie and a quilt. Comfort and cosiness is the key to a good nights sleep but the sea air and the sound of the waves will knock you out anyway.

Bedroom 2 - With the same Sealy super king size posturepedic bed this room is just lovely. Crisp white linen sheets, cosy blankets and all the usual trimmings with two windows which over look the ever active sea. The side window looks out towards the Isle of May. Your spoilt for choice!
This double bedroom is situated on the 1st floor next to the sittingroom. The main bathroom is accessed through the Jack and Jill doors.
So lie in bed, watch the boats go out, watch the sun rise, watch life in the harbour awaken.

Bedroom 3 - This large double bedroom with same Sealy beds has a large Velux window where you can catch the stars - if your arms are long enough! If the planning authority allow we'll soon be able to see the sea and then have the best of both worlds. The rooms on the third floor were used in the past as drying rooms for the fishing nets. Thankfully the old fisherman have gone!

 

The 3rd floor is the attic space. Its full of character, cosy and free from the 'party downstairs' noise.

Bedroom 4 - A large twin bedroom. Watch the stars, hear the waves. Life's good up here. This room has two large twin beds, television/video recorder and, although beautiful for adults, is ideal for children. Speaking from experience, they love it up there!  Although a twin, it is the largest bedroom in the house.

 

Bathroom - With a jaccuzi style bath supplied, all you need to do is bring a good book and lock the door! A mira power shower is also fitted for a quick blast when you want to get that 'leave in conditioner' out!  The walls and floor are fully tiled, with a heated chrome towel rail, Vitra butler sink and WC.

Shower Room - It's raining alright... and it's hot.The shower in this room is a Grohe Rain Dance. It has an 8 inch shower head so you just get drenched! Have you ever wanted to sing in the rain? Well, here's your chance!   The walls and floor are fully tiled, with a heated chrome towel rail, Vitra butler sink and WC.
