Modern detached house conveniently situated within walking distance of all amenities in this popular seaside resort, offering uninterrupted views to the Isle of May and across the Forth.  Exceptionally well equipped and presented, a particular feature being a balcony leading from the main sitting room.  It is just across the road from one of Fife's finest Restaurants "The Cellar", and around the corner from the award winning "Anstruther Fish and Chip Shop".  Anstruther also boasts a number of waterfront restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and pockets.  Private parking is available in a double garage with remote control entry and there is a safe and secure patio garden to the rear.
